The valley of the river Bollin east of Wilmslow offers one of the most delightful and peaceful walks in the area. A highlight and new experience for many overseas visitors is the opportunity to meet farm animals close up. These cattle may look scary but they are curious and very friendly, being used to meeting people walking on the riverside paths.
