After heading uphill for a wider view of the river valley we&#8217;ll drop down to cross the canal again and walk through ancient woodland to reach the historic settlement of Chadkirk. We&#8217;ll return along a different section of the canal and through the woods of Brabyns Park. About 3 hours walking. Train from Piccadilly 1245.
