By attending our walks or other events you are indicating your acceptance of the following:

“Your walk guides are not providing a service to you and have no legal contract with you. We invite you to join our activities solely as an act of goodwill.

We will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience you might suffer if we cancel or change the arrangements for any reason for a trip on which you have been offered a place.

By travelling with us or undertaking any activity with us you are accepting that you are doing so entirely at your own risk. You must accept full responsibility for your own safety and you agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that you may sustain while with us.

You also consent to your inclusion in photographs of the event, which may be shared with other participants, posted on the internet (by ourselves or others) or used for publicity of the Group’s events and activities.

You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and have read and understood the Essential Information section.

We do not guarantee that we will follow the advertised route nor finish at the advertised time. You are responsible for arranging your own return journey in the event of public transport disruption or cancellations, and for buying an additional ticket if required in the event of the group missing the planned return train service.

You must observe any hygiene regulations (such as mask-wearing on public transport) as my be in effect at the time of your journey”.
